If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please submit a return request on the Help Gate website.
A return/refund request must be submitted within 3 days from the date you receive the product (Gadgets items only).
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws.
For Gadgets, the item may be tried only to check compatibility or fit. This will still be considered unworn/unused.
The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and all accessories.
The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.
If the product was delivered in Help Gate packaging/box, the same packaging/box must also be returned.
Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
If the returned item does not meet the above requirements, Help Gate reserves the right to reject the refund request.
Note: If your return request is rejected, the item will be sent back to you within 1–3 days. After three (3) failed delivery attempts, the item will be sent to scrap, and no refund will be issued.
